I ordered two, but one arrived inflated due to air getting in during delivery. However, there was no problem with the product itself, and when I put it on my head, it felt nice and soft, so it didn't put any pressure on my neck, which is exactly the kind of softness I like.
It arrived with some stains. Overall, the pillow is excellent, very soft. The quality of the filling is average - it does get wrinkled over time, but not as quickly as in the cheapest pillows. I've been testing it for 2 weeks and it's very comfortable to sleep on.

First of all, I received the product as ordered without any issues and it was delivered faster than expected. I opened the package to check the condition and took a quick look, and fortunately, it met my desired standards. I haven't used the product extensively yet, but I am expecting the quality and durability I want, and if I am satisfied with the product after using it, I will consider purchasing it again in the future if needed.
The filling material is 1000g, making it quite large and fluffy. The inner cotton is quite thick, making it bulky and causing a strain on the neck when ringing the bell.

Cheap and good quality
Too bad the zipper is broken.
It's very fluffy and very big, I'm very satisfied with it. However, the cotton inside is coming out. And there's a slight smell. But it's not a bad smell; it's like a poly smell. It might be better to wash it once before using it. It's so big that I wondered if this was what I ordered. It's too much for my neck to use as a pillow... I'll have to use it as a back cushion. Or maybe I should separate some of the cotton. For reference, I prefer low pillows. It seems a bit bigger than a hotel pillow. It's quite bulky. I'm very satisfied with it.
