These terms apply when you use www.savannahhomeco.com (the "Store") or buy from Savannah Home Co ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Savannah Home Co is an online store selling home textiles: bedding, mattress protectors, pillows, curtains and sofa and cushion covers. Our store runs on Shopify. Contact: info@savannahhomeco.com, Savannah Home Co, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

2. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. Your order confirmation email only confirms we've received the order.
  • We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, a price or description on the site was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
  • You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to order.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the United States is free.
  • Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
  • Payment is taken when you place the order, through our checkout's payment providers.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship to addresses in the lower 48 US states (including Washington, D.C.) only; we don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Processing and delivery times are estimates, explained in our Shipping Policy. Many items ship directly from supplier warehouses outside the US, which is why delivery takes longer than from a domestic warehouse. Once your order is delivered to the address you gave us, it is yours, and responsibility for it passes to you.

6. Product information

We try to show every product accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are converted from the manufacturer's metric measurements and may vary slightly. If the size matters, check the measurements on the product page before ordering, or email us.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us photos, you confirm the content is yours and honest, and you let us show it on our Store. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated.

8. Our content

The text, images and design of the Store belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy them for commercial use without permission.

9. Liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on the Store when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
